Brompton Cookery school has had a busy last week and were delighted to welcome Dame Fiona Reynolds and all the National Trust Trustees for lunch and a tour of the cookery school on Tuesday. The were served a delicious choice of twice baked goats cheese soufflés or smoked salmon soufflés served with home made bread rolls and freshly picked seasonal salads from the garden at Attingham park.
We hope they all had a lovely day with us.
